About Nilla
Over many years, Nilla has moved between entrepreneurship, communication, business development, and more relational contexts. She has lived and worked in different parts of the world, often in environments where new contexts had to be built from the ground up. This has shaped a strong ability to read situations, understand people, and build trust across cultural and professional boundaries.
Today, Nilla lives and works internationally, with a life that moves between Palma de Mallorca, Europe, the United States, and Sweden. She feels most at home in Mallorca during autumn, winter, and spring – for the light, rhythm, and social climate – and in the Swedish forest during summer, where nature and stillness create space for restoration, reflection, and direction.
Alongside this, another thread has always been present – a deep interest in health, life balance, and the fundamental conditions that allow people to function and sustain energy over time. Gradually, these threads have woven together.
Today, Nilla’s work moves in three main directions: networks and facilitation, water as a foundation for true health, and travel design in close collaboration with her partner, Gustav Enquist, and Gustav’s Europe & Beyond.
What unites everything she does is an ability to see the whole, build trust, and create contexts that give people courage, direction, and a sense of grounded security in what is coming into form. Never through fixed templates, but through attentiveness, experience, and conversation.
Nilla believes in long-term thinking. In the fact that the right people want to contribute, share, and help. And that sometimes, we need support not only in seeing that – but in receiving it.
A personal way of working
Nilla works selectively and in close collaboration. Every engagement takes its own shape, formed by the people involved, the context, and the direction ahead.
