Nilla’s work with networks and facilitation has grown out of long experience building businesses, relationships, and collaborations across different contexts – often without access to the simple yet essential tools, structures, and goal frameworks needed to sustain direction over time, and without support or belief from the surrounding environment.
It is precisely there that the mission has become clear. To see what is not always visible at first glance: that there are people who want to contribute, share, and help – but that the path there requires the right context, the right timing, and sometimes support in learning how to receive.
Through her work, Nilla creates structures and meetings built on an uncommon combination of experience, presence, and trust. The work takes different forms depending on needs and context:
Conversations
One-to-one conversations focused on direction, priorities, and next steps.
Curated meetings
Carefully facilitated meetings where the right people are connected based on clear needs, competencies, and context. The work begins with listening and understanding, and leads to relevant introductions and meetings that would otherwise rarely occur.
Circles
Ongoing contexts for reflection, accountability, and development over time.
These circles take place online or offline, and at times in the form of retreats or journeys, where work, conversation, and environment interact. Mallorca is a place that often returns – for its rhythm, light, and the clarity that emerges when thinking together beyond everyday noise.
What unites all of this work is a focus on direction, leadership, and long-term thinking. This is where people meet who want to build with both heart and backbone – and who understand the value of contributing to a good life and to entrepreneurship, together.
